Return & Exchange Policy

At Hripskiii, every piece is crafted with intention and care. If for any reason your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to assist.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition in which it was received — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized pieces (such as special orders)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
No exchanges, refunds, or store credits are permitted.
If an item is purchased at full price and later goes on sale, we are not responsible for price adjustments or credits.

Exchanges

To receive a different size or product, we recommend completing a return first.
Once your return is accepted, let us know which item or size you’d like instead.
We’ll create a new order using your original details and ship the replacement free of charge.

If the new item exceeds the previous purchase amount, an invoice with a secure payment link will be sent via email.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of its approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
